What would it feel like to paint with your toes or with feathers as a flock? This experience is all about finding out.
In Painters Paradise, kids experiment with paint through unexpected tools, techniques, artists, and traditions from around the world. The goal isn't to make a perfect picture. It’s to see what happens when we stop painting the “normal” way.
The Full Scoop
- Tuesdays 3:30p-5p
- All materials, paint, and supplies included
- Afternoon snack to fuel our brains included
- Designed for ages 5-12 years old
- Mixed age session with various levels of complexity incorporated based on skill and interest
- This is a process art session with no single “right” way to paint

Want more time? Add Stay & Tinker from 5–6p.
Kids can keep creating, tinkering, experimenting, and exploring with open-ended materials.

AGE OF PARTICIPANT
After school activities are designed for school age kids 5 years old to 12 years old. Our events are mixed age adjusted individually based on skills and interest.
SCHEDULE & FLOW
Session Flow:
3:30p: Arrive + Get Settled
Grab a snack and settle in.
3:30–4p: Snack + Get Curious
We’ll explore the cultural inspiration of the week through art, traditions, celebrations, patterns, colors, and artifacts whenever possible.
4–4:45p: Create
Mix it. Squish it. Stretch it. Spin it. Test it. Change it. See what happens.
4:45–5p: Share + Celebrate
We’ll talk about what we discovered (including the things that didn't go according to plan).
5p: Pick Up
Stay & Tinker * Add More Time (5p - 6p)
Want to give your kiddo a little more time to create (and yourself a little more time to adult)? Add Stay & Tinker happy hour to any after school activity for $15 (or, included with Wonder Club).
From 5p - 6p kids can keep creating on their original project or start fresh with an open bar of selected materials.
Join Wonder Club for Added Perks
Wonder Club is a perfect solution for any kiddo who wants to participate in an activity at least 4 times a month.
Wonder Club gives you 4 passes per month. You can sign up for a recurring weekly class and go on auto pilot - or you can choose to mix and match throughout the month.
Wonder Club is $149 / month for any of the after school activities.
Add additional 4-passes for $99 to any month (does not need to be recurring, but can be).
Wonder Club includes the Stay & Tinker hour at no additional cost (5p - 6p) and a bunch of other perks like one Wonder Lab pass a month and discounts on pop-ups and camps.

TRANSPORTATION FROM SCHOOL

We are right on Johnson Drive next door to Lamar's Donuts and Mission Theater. There is parallel parking right in front of the studio.
